Unable to Compile MOF File 

Client.msi installation failure with error

Sometime when we install client ,it fails at the last step stating Unable to Compile MOF File , Client.msi installation failed with error . Usually this error occurs ,when Microsoft platform policy fails to install During CCMsetup installation.

Solution

Try deleting the C:\Windows\CCM folder and retry installation, if that fails continue.

Run msizaptwa! Microsoftpolicyplatform.msi command

Delete HKLM\Software\Classes\Installer\Products -> Microsoft Policy Platform key.

Restart installation.
